Volunteers urgently needed August 20th 10am to 12noon

Butterfly Sunday 2023

We need volunteers on August 20th from 10 - 12 noon

 in Cohasset, Hingham or Scituate.

Spend 1-2 hours weeding a non-native, invasive plant

called Black Swallow Wort.     This plant kills endangered Monarch Butterflies

and poses a threat to songbirds and other wildlife.

It is spreading throughout Massachusetts via airborne seeds.

No experience necessary--we'll show you exactly what to do.

We recommend  gloves and long sleeves.

Bring garden shears if you have them.

Teens can get community service!
